A couple of years ago I went to a 3-piece class on Judaism at a local Reform temple.  I loved it.  So much so, that I began taking conversion classes for a couple of years.

I haven’t converted.  I still think about it though.
A rabbi once said to me,
“God doesn’t make trash.  So you shouldn’t treat yourself that way.”
Pretty thought, isn’t it?

  1. I Iiked the Jewish boys at school, but they didn't like me. I know two women who converted. One said that it was "the intelligent person's" religion. We have very few Jews in this town. Big surprise.

    1. I don't know about the intelligence thing, I like that there is room and encouragement to question the big stuff. I heard that Denver has one of the highest conversion rates in the country, not sure if that's true or not.
